Should I mow before rain?

Only if the grass is dry now and rain is not imminent.

Mowing right before rain can leave clippings on damp turf and increase disease pressure. The better play is a dry window with at least a short rain-free buffer.

When to check again

Compare 'Now' and 'Tomorrow' horizons. If 'Now' is borderline and tomorrow improves, postponing is safer.
